We have an open-door management philosophy, plan group activities like birthday and holiday lunches, and host an annual holiday party for employees and their families. Employees are encouraged to schedule personal time off (PTO) to enable them to attend their children's or family's activities or to take care of other personal priorities. We also work with employees to find a schedule that works for them and the company. The company dress code is casual and laughter is strongly encouraged.
