We support the Montreal Protocol, U.S. Clean Air Act, and other international standards created to minimize the use of hazardous and ozone depleting substances, including our design, final test and assembly, and shipment for all of our products sold world wide.

California Proposition 65 (the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986) refers to the California legislation that was intended by its authors to protect California citizens and the State's drinking water sources from chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm, and to inform citizens about exposures to such chemicals.

The United States Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) which is a federal chemicals management regulation restricting five chemicals, including treated articles containing these chemicals, from distribution in U.S. commerce. embeddedTS is making an effort to ensure that all of the components used in our products are compliant with this standard.

embeddedTS is aware of the European Union Directive 1907/2006 on the Registration Evaluation Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) and subsequent revisions, and is making an effort to ensure there are not any Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) used in our products.

embeddedTS Inc. is aware of the "Directive 2015/863 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 July 2021 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (recast)" referred to as RoHS 3 and is making an effort to ensure that all of the components used in our products are compliant with this standard.
