The TS-SER2 is an 8-bit PC/104 daughter card (standard format) that provides 2 RS-232 serial ports and 1 parallel port.

The TS-SER2 is an 8-bit PC/104 daughter card (standard format) that provides 2 RS-232 serial ports and 1 parallel port.

The TS-SER2 features include:

  • 2 PC/AT Serial Com Ports
    • Com ports can be configured as COM3, COM4, or at non-standard addresses (COM5, COM6)
    • RS-232 outputs use standard 10 pin headers and RJ45 connector using EIA/TIA 561 pinouts
  • 1 PC/AT Parallel Port
    • Parallel port can be configured as LPT1, LPT2, etc.
  • 16550 type UARTS with 16 byte FIFOs
  • Up to 115.2Kbaud (optionally 230Kbaud)
  • RS232 drivers standard
  • RS-485 Full/Half Duplex (optional feature)
  • Dimensions are standard PC/104: 3.6 inch x 3.8 inch
  • Power requirements are 200mA @ +5VDC only
